Privacy Policy
Last updated June 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what data LeonHost (operated by Leon Media) collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store a customer/subscription identifier and status, never your full card details.
- Hosting data: the sites, databases, and files you create, plus operational metadata (domain, site type, provisioning status).
- Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use it
To provide and operate your hosting, process payments, communicate about your account, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Hostinger — the underlying server infrastructure.
- Cloudflare — DNS for our domains.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Retention & security
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law. Stored secrets (such as SFTP and database passwords) are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Your rights & contact
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing leon.licht@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your hosting resources; some records may be retained where legally required.
