Terms of Service
Last updated June 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LeonHost hosting service ("Service") operated by Leon Media ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
LeonHost provides shared web hosting on infrastructure we operate, including a Linux account, SFTP/SSH access, a MySQL database, automated SSL, and (for WordPress sites) a management panel. Hosting runs on a shared server; resources are not individually metered or guaranteed.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One hosting account is provided per subscription.
3. Billing & subscriptions
Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content and code you host. You are solely responsible for it, for having the rights to use it, and for complying with applicable law. You grant us the limited right to store and serve it as needed to operate the Service.
6. Backups
We perform routine backups as an operational convenience, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We do not guarantee backup availability or completeness.
7. Availability & warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leon Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate the Service for non-payment, violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the security and integrity of our infrastructure. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Questions? Contact us at leon.licht@gmail.com.
